Privacy Policy

Skaros LLC d/b/a Skaros Digital
Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Skaros LLC (“Skaros,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.skarosdigital.com (the “Site”) or work with us. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services, and we don’t sell your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact details you submit through the Site (such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and message) when you fill out a contact form or reach out by email
  • Business information you provide when requesting a quote or becoming a client (such as your business address and project details)

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic technical data from your visit, such as browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected through our website platform and Google Analytics (see Section 4)

Payment information:

  • We do not collect or store your payment card details. Client payments are processed by Stripe through our Customer Payment Portal. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services to clients
  • Send invoices, service updates, and account communications
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers — such as Stripe (payments), our website and hosting platforms, domain registrars, and email providers, each only to the extent needed to perform their function
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • Business transfer — if Skaros is ever sold or restructured, client and contact information may transfer as part of that transaction

4. Cookies and Analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google that uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use the Site — such as pages viewed, time on site, and general location. Google Analytics collects this information on our behalf and processes it according to Google’s own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We use it only to understand and improve the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site works. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

5. Data Retention

We keep contact inquiries and client records for as long as needed to serve you, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain business records — then we delete or anonymize them.

6. Security

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we limit what we collect in the first place, which limits what’s at risk.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal and business record requirements) by emailing josh@skarosdigital.com.
  • You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying or using an unsubscribe link where provided.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your local law — contact us and we’ll do our best to honor them.

8. Children

This Site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to third-party services (such as Stripe and social media platforms). Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies before providing them information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
